SHIPPING POLICY

At Pomora, we’re committed to getting your orders to you as quickly as possible. 

Delivery timelines can vary based on your location, but you can typically expect your package to reach you within a week from the date your order is placed.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow its journey to your doorstep. If you have any questions about your shipment, our team is always ready to help!

EXCHANGE POLICY

At Pomora, we understand that finding the perfect fit is important. We offer exchanges only for size-related issues.

If you need a different size, you must request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, the product must be in its original condition — unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To request an exchange, please email us at contact@pomora.in with your order details and the size you would like in exchange.

Once we receive and inspect the original item, we will ship the new size to you. Exchanges are subject to availability of the requested size.

Please note:

  • We do not offer exchanges for different products, colours or styles
  • Items that do not meet the return conditions may not be accepted for exchange

RETURN POLICY

At Pomora, we want you to love what you wear. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 2-day return policy. This means you have 2 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please email us at contact@pomora.in with your order details. Once your return is approved and the product is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 8–10 business days.

Please note: Items that do not meet the above conditions may not be accepted for return.

DISCOUNTED ORDERS & RETURNS -

Our offers are applied to your order based on the total number of items purchased. If you use a discount (for example, Buy 2 or more & get 20% off with code POMORA20) and then return one or more items, your order may no longer qualify for the original discount.

In such cases, the refund amount will be recalculated based on the full price of the items you keep, and the discount will be adjusted or removed accordingly. This means the refund for a returned item will be less than its original MRP, as part of the discount was already used on the overall order.
